Who determines the spelling of words? Who decides that "believe" should not be "beleive" ? I am just so pissed of with these people.

Sometimes, I used to get irritated with Americanised way of writing and Briton english, while typing documents. Most of the time 'z' used to be the culprit...in customize / personalize....
I agree :) its very irritating
God, of course. One of his 10 commandments was 'I before E except after C'. Nejamma! Umachhi mela sathyama!
